Your projects

  • You identify, analyse and conclude strategic opportunities for new partnerships and develop individual business models and processes with our partners
  • Coordination of our partner lead funnel
  • You build up the 'partner channel' team as an autonomous business unit, next to our direct sales, and you lead your team of international partner managers
  • You manage and maintain relationships with our existing senior partner stakeholders and decision makers (up to C-level)
  • You support the cross-functional team with structural development and processual improvement for internal stakeholders
  • You are responsible for the internationalization of Ryte’s solution partner program
  • You develop and organize trainings and partner events
  • You will report directly to our CEO and develop reports and business cases

What we expect from you

  • Excellent university degree in economics, business administration, engineering, law or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in fast growing international companies with strong focus of partner management or sales
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in the field of SAAS products is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a very good understanding of business coherences
  • Determined, assertive personality and strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Readiness for international business trips
